Menu alla Carta - Carta Menu

Acqui Terme (AL)

Over two hundred original menus, collected over 178 years of gastronomic and social history, are on display at Palazzo Robellini in the exhibition “Menu alla Carta - Carta Menu”. The private collection of Adriano and Rosalba Benzi documents from 1845 to 2023 the evolution of taste, graphic design, and convivial occasions. Among the most precious items are menus linked to the Royal House of Savoy, a selection of menus printed with various typographic techniques from the early 20th century, and rare unique pieces created by contemporary artists. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog with texts by Pier Ottavio Daniele and Gianfranco Schialvino. Admission is free.
