A tree for every child
Piazzale degli Alpini, via Carlo Ferro 16/A (zona Salerio)
The Municipality of Costigliole d'Asti renews the appointment with 'A tree for every child', the ceremony that celebrates the birth of young residents by planting a tree dedicated to them. The 2026 edition is aimed at children born in 2025. The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Trifulau Association and the Alpini Group of Costigliole d'Asti, combines environmental and emotional value: each new tree contributes to public greenery and bears the name of a child, who is given a certificate with an identification tag. In past editions, lindens, hornbeams, and other species have been planted, in a gesture that year after year enriches the town's tree heritage.
