The 32nd edition of the Sagra della Patata returns to Montecrestese from 28 to 31 August. The event is recognized as a 'Quality Festival' and is held under the banner of sustainability: washable metal cutlery, ecolabel plates and glasses, eco-friendly detergents, separate waste collection and the 'PataBag' project against food waste.
The menu combines great classics with new dishes: alongside the iconic gnocchi hand-kneaded by the women of the village, you can taste trout, barley salad and pork loin with apples and Ossola bacon, all with table service.
The evenings are enlivened by live music, dancing and a disco. On Sunday 30 August there is a Queen tribute concert, while on Monday 31 August you can dance with Mirko Casadei.
