Trekking Speciale Monte Armetta

Ormea (CN)

A two-day trek to discover Monte Armetta, starting from Arma di Caprauna, in the municipality of Ormea. The route winds through woods, pastures and panoramic ridges, offering views ranging from the Ligurian Alps to the sea. The excursion is enriched by wellness activities: yoga upon return from the trek, theoretical lesson on Ayurveda, meditation and Yoga Nidra, Qi Gong at awakening and dynamic meditation. An opportunity to regenerate immersed in nature. The event includes an overnight stay at altitude and return on Sunday morning. It is suitable for hikers with good training.
