Carbonara Festival
Piazza A. Garambois, Oulx
From Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 July 2026, Piazza A. Garambois in Oulx hosts the Carbonara Festival, a food and wine event dedicated to the famous dish of Roman tradition. Food stalls, music and entertainment will enliven the square for four days of taste and conviviality. The event is under the patronage of the Municipality of Oulx.
From 6:00 AM on 23/7/2026 to 5:00 AM on 27/7/2026: no traffic or parking on Piazza A. Garambois (except for organizers and authorized operators). Transit is guaranteed for emergency, rescue and police vehicles.
