Teatro di strada a Ovada

Two evenings of street theatre will take place on July 10 and September 4, 2026 in the center of Ovada, as part of the 'L'Altro Monferrato 2026' festival. On July 10, the shows include 'Bellezze in bicicletta' by the company Le Radiose, 'Il Paese dei Balocchi' by the company Claudio e Consuelo, and a soap bubble show by Billy Bolla. On September 4, 'Zirk Comedy' by the company Lanutti e Corbo and 'Piccola piccola strega' by La poetessa del fuoco will be performed. The initiative is organized by the cultural association 'Agriteatro' A.P.S. with the support of the Municipality of Ovada to promote local businesses.
Festival 'Attraverso' in Ovada

The eleventh edition of Attraverso Festival returns to Ovada with three evenings of literature, music and theatre. The festival, from July to September, enlivens villages and towns of Langhe, Roero, Monferrato and the Piedmont Apennines with over 40 events in almost 30 municipalities. In Ovada the programme opens on 23 July with a reading by Paolo Nori, who passionately rereads Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment. On 1 September, music teller Federico Sacchi explores Paolo Conte's universe in 'Sono venuto a suonare'. It closes on 9 September with 'Le Nuvole', a performance inspired by Aristophanes staged by students of Liceo Amaldi. The shows take place between the Garden of the Civica Scuola di Musica A. Rebora and the Teatro Dino Crocco.

On Saturday, August 29, 2026, Piazza Castello in Ovada turns into a stage of water, lights and music with the dancing fountains show, organized by the Pro Loco of Ovada and the Monferrato Ovadese. The event, which characterizes the 2026 edition of 'Ovada in festa', offers a scenic setup where water jets synchronized with light effects and soundtracks create an engaging atmosphere in the historic center. The event attracts many visitors every year, offering an opportunity to experience the square in a suggestive and spectacular way.

Raduno Nazionale Vespa Club Ovada

The Vespa Club of Ovada organizes the national gathering of Vespa enthusiasts. The event takes place on August 29 and 30, 2026 in the square in front of Story Park on Strada Masio. The program includes registrations, breakfast, and a tourist raid to discover the area. Sunday, August 30 will be enlivened by Street Vesp Food with food stalls and three trials valid for the championship. An opportunity to admire vintage and modern models, share the passion for the Piaggio scooter, and enjoy two days of celebration among engines and good food.
Raduno auto d'epoca "Ruggine e polvere in Ovada"

Il 6 settembre 2026 Ovada ospita il raduno di auto d'epoca "Ruggine e polvere in Ovada", organizzato dall'associazione Rust and Dust Monferrato Classic Car. L'evento si svolge in Piazza Garibaldi e prevede l'esposizione di veicoli storici, offrendo agli appassionati e al pubblico l'occasione di ammirare modelli d'epoca. Per l'intera giornata sono previsti divieti di transito e sosta nella piazza.
