From 17 to 26 July 2026, the historic center of Pila hosts Piccantissima, ten evenings where chili pepper and bold flavors take center stage. The food and wine stalls offer traditional Umbrian dishes revisited with spicy sauces, daring preparations, and local products, to be enjoyed in the village squares. Each evening, live music and entertainment accompany the tastings, creating an informal and festive atmosphere.
