On Sunday, October 25, Trisobbio hosts the 21st National White Truffle Fair, organized by the Municipality of Trisobbio. The day features a market of local typical products, truffle hunter stalls, a wine tasting tour, and medieval costume shows with blacksmiths, master carpenters, and falconers.
