The 61st Gran Premio Newton di Speed Down – Europe Cup takes place in Viù on 29 and 30 August 2026 along the SP 32, branch for Polpresa, in the stretch between Piandlento and the junction for the main town, in the Pavaglione area. The event includes a speed down (bob-kart) race and numerous side events, including street food and the Notte Gialla, with music and evening entertainment. For the occasion, parking bans and traffic restrictions are established in the affected areas.

La Notte Gialla di Viù takes place on Saturday 29 August 2026, coinciding with the 61st Gran Premio Newton di Speed Down. The event runs from 19:00 on 29 August to 01:00 on 30 August, featuring street food, music, and evening entertainment. For the occasion, parking is prohibited in Piazza V. Veneto from 15:00 on 29 August to 02:00 on 30 August. In the street food area, the sale and consumption of glass bottles and cans are forbidden.
160° Anniversario del Corpo Musicale Viucese

Domenica 6 settembre 2026, Viù festeggia il 160° anniversario di fondazione del Corpo Musicale Viucese con una serie di eventi che animeranno le vie e le piazze del paese. La manifestazione si svolgerà nel centro storico, con momenti musicali e di ritrovo per la comunità. Per garantire la sicurezza dei partecipanti, dalle 14:00 alle 18:00 sarà in vigore il divieto di sosta in Piazza V. Veneto e Piazza XXIV Maggio.
