Opening of the new premises of the Piero Angela Civic Library
Biblioteca Civica Piero Angela, Via Sottoforra 1, Volpiano
Organised by Comune di Volpiano
On Monday 2 November 2026, the Piero Angela Civic Library and the Informagiovani of Volpiano open to the public at their new premises in Via Sottoforra 1. The move brings the season of the temporary spaces of Sala Furlini to a close and gives the city larger, more modern environments for reading, study and youth services. The opening is aimed at citizens: an opportunity to wander among the shelves, see the new rooms and understand how lending, consultation and cultural activities are changing. During the month of October the offices remained closed to allow the transfer of books and furnishings. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Volpiano.
Timetable: 10:00 Opening to the public on Monday 2 November 2026 at 10, new premises in Via Sottoforra 1. The Informagiovani services also restart at the same premises. The temporary premises of Sala Furlini close permanently.
